Every 2nd Saturday of the month join me in person to move, breath, and meditate.
This class is for all fitness levels, and beginners. You will enjoy the benefits of slower,
more mindful movements, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises.
This class will end with mediation which helps to steady the mind as well as enrich and improve
our lives.
