Gentle Yoga with Meditation, is the perfect way to end your day.  This class is for all fitness levels, and beginners. You will enjoy the benefits of slower,
more mindful movements, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises.
This class will end with mediation which helps to steady the mind as well as improve your sleep.
Osteoporosis safe and back pain awareness.
