The aim of this Yoga class is to prevent back pain and to encourage healing from back pain. This class is for all fitness levels, and beginners. You will enjoy the benefits of slower, more mindful movements, focusing on strength, flexibility, balance, and breathing exercises. This class will end with mediation which helps to steady the mind as well as enrich and improve your lives.
Caution: Not all exercises are suitable for everyone. Consult with your doctor before taking this class. The instruction in this class is in no way meant to be a substitute for medical counseling. Not recommended for acute pain.
